Workview Pro collects account, company, technician, job workflow, media, integration, billing, support, SMS/MMS, and voice interaction information needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate Workview Pro, authenticate users, manage accounts, support field workflows, sync with customer CRM systems such as ServiceTitan, provide support, improve reliability, and maintain security and audit logs.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS/MMS consent information are used only to provide Workview Pro service-related messages. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Render, and customer-authorized CRM providers to operate the product. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Workview Pro.
